John Hinkley is a longstanding Harrow resident and was a local councillor until May 2022. He has been a member of several local Panels and is a regular attendee of the Rail and Bus/Highway liaison meetings. John currently serves as Ruislip, Northwood and Pinner Association's Events Officer.
