Duncan Flynn

Duncan was first elected to Hillingdon Council in 2014 and re-elected in 2018 to represent Northwood Hills ward where he lives.

Duncan serves as the Vice Chairman of the Council’s Social Care, Housing & Public Health Policy Overview Committee and North Planning Committee.

Becky Haggar

Becky was elected to serve Eastcote & East Ruislip in 2014. Becky has been a Hillingdon resident all her life and has three daughters, all educated at the local schools.

Norman Stevenson

Elected in May 2014 for Pinner ward, Norman is married and has lived locally for over 30 years. His children all went to school in Pinner. He is very keen to work with residents to preserve Pinner as a great place to live and work in, and also to visit.

Ian Edwards

Ian has been a Councillor since 2014 and has lived in the borough since 1981. He is Chairman of the Central & South Planning Committee and the HS2 Planning Sub Committee and a member of the Social Care Housing & Public Health Scrutiny Committee.

Philip Corthorne

First elected in 1993, Philip is married with four children. He is an active local campaigner who has taken a keen interest in local planning and development matters, particularly within Ruislip’s Conservation Area.

Stephen Wright

Steve has been a Pinner resident since birth.  For thirty-five years he was a business consultant working globally for some of the largest enterprises in the world.

Devi Radia

Devi was elected to represent the ward of West Ruislip in May, 2018. In 2014, she joined the governing body of Pentland Field School, a school for children with special educational needs in her ward. 

David Simmonds CBE

David Simmonds was chosen as the candidate for Ruislip, Northwood and Pinner on 7th November 2019. He was been active in local politics in the constituency as Deputy Leader of Hillingdon Council since 2002.

Henry Higgins

Henry has run a series of business ventures and is currently managing director of two companies. He became a Harefield Councillor in 2002, working tirelessly for its regeneration. He was instrumental in the campaign to save Harefield Hospital.

John Riley

John was elected as a Councillor in the West Ruislip Ward of the London Borough of Hillingdon in a bye election in October 2008.  Since his election he has been Chairman of the Children and Young Persons Policy and Overview Committee, Deputy Chairman of Executive Scrutiny Committee, Chairman of t
