Residents may be aware that I recently wrote to hospitality businesses across the constituency, inviting them to share their feedback on the Government's package of support to help with the rising cost of living, as well as their views on other matters, both national and local. 

Although they were not able to attend the surgery, I was subsequently invited to Lattakia Restaurant, a fantastic Lebanese in Hatch End. It was a pleasure to meet with owner Hisham and to gain a useful insight into the challenges and priorities for his business, and for others on the high street. I am grateful for his time and for the delicious baklava he provided.
