Jonathan has been a Councillor for over 37 years, making him one of the longest serving Councillors at Hillingdon. In addition to being Deputy Leader, he is Cabinet Member for Property, Highways & Transport. Jonathan is particularly proud of Hillingdon's over 50 Green Flags, more than any other borough
