Duncan Flynn

Duncan was first elected to Hillingdon Council in 2014 and re-elected in 2018 to represent Northwood Hills ward where he lives.

Duncan serves as the Vice Chairman of the Council’s Social Care, Housing & Public Health Policy Overview Committee and North Planning Committee.

Becky Haggar

Becky was elected to serve Eastcote & East Ruislip in 2014. Becky has been a Hillingdon resident all her life and has three daughters, all educated at the local schools.

John Riley

John Hensley

John has been a Councillor since 2002 and has lived in Hillingdon for the past 37 years and been associated with the Borough for well over 45 years. He is married and also has two married sons and four grandchildren.

Richard Almond

Richard Almond has represented Pinner South since 2014 and has lived in the ward for 30 years. His main council responsibilities are as shadow to the Labour Finance and Resources portfolio-holder and the lead Conservative member on Overview and Scrutiny.

Raymond Puddifoot

Ray has lived in the borough all of his life and is Hillingdon’s longest serving Council Leader. The driving force behind delivering financial stability, good management and civic pride in Hillingdon, Ray has also championed the needs of older residents.

Susan Hall

Susan was elected as a Harrow Councillor for Hatch End Ward in 2006.  She was given a Cabinet position responsible for the Environment and Community Safety in 2007 and became Deputy Leader of the group in 2008.

David Simmonds

David Simmonds has served as an Ickenham councillor and Hillingdon’s Deputy Leader since 2002. He was a Hillingdon councillor for Cowley ward before the boundary changes of 2002.

John Hinkley

John has been a resident in the area for more than 30 years and was honoured to be elected as a Hatch End Ward Councillor in May 2014 and re-elected in May 2018.

Richard Lewis

Richard was first elected as a Northwood councillor in 2002 and today as well as representing Northwood, he is also the Cabinet Member for Central Services, Culture and Heritage.
